StrikeBack BlackJack ("we", "our", "the app") is a blackjack strategy trainer for educational purposes. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account Data (optional): If you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. Account creation is optional — the app works fully as a guest.

Gameplay Data: We store your gameplay statistics including hands played, correct/incorrect plays, streaks, faction choice, and avatar selection. For guest users, this is stored locally on your device. For signed-in users, this syncs to our database.

Anonymous Analytics: We collect anonymous aggregate data about sessions, faction choices, and gameplay patterns. This data is not tied to any individual user and is used to improve the app.

Web Analytics (website only): The web version at strikebackblackjack.com uses Vercel Analytics for performance monitoring. The mobile app does not use web analytics.

• Contacts or phone data
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Financial or payment information (no real money transactions in the app)
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Health or fitness data

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain app functionality

Data Storage and Security

Account and gameplay data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Guest data is stored locally on your device using browser storage.

• Vercel — Web hosting and analytics, website only (vercel.com/privacy)

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. Guest data is stored only on your device and can be cleared by clearing app data or uninstalling.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The app contains simulated gambling content for educational purposes and requires age verification on first use.
